Negative Yields Uncovered in Municipal Bond Markets

If the Muni industry and MSRB would release to us previous year's trade reporting data which dates back to 1994, we must presume we would uncover just as bad a negative yield problem in those years as well. • Aren't negative yields illegal...or prohibited...or something???
